By engaging ASKUREX TECHNOLOGIES for any service — including web design, web development, mobile app development, software development, graphics design, or data entry — you agree to the terms outlined here and in your individual project agreement or invoice.
Each project begins with an agreed scope of work. Requests outside the original scope ("scope creep") may incur additional cost and timeline, communicated to you before work proceeds.
Projects generally require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or per agreed milestones. Late payments may pause active work.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered work (source code, designs, content) transfers to the client, excluding any third-party licensed assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) which remain subject to their original licenses.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond what's included may be billed separately.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access credentials needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these may extend the project timeline.
ASKUREX TECHNOLOGIES is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work, including third-party hosting or service outages beyond our control.
Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. Work completed up to that point will be billed according to the agreed terms.
